Choosing the right size sleeve

Measure your leg circumference approximately halfway up your thigh. If the measured circumference exceeds the maximum measurement in one category, we recommend that you choose a larger size i.e. for a measurement of 52.2cm, select a size L sleeve.

Webshop

Follow the simple steps described below to order your GRASPOR device and/or sleeves.

1. Select the items you wish to purchase in the webshop. All prices are in DKK and include 25% VAT. Alternatively, visit one of the retailers shown at the end of this section.

2. Select a delivery option from those available (described in the Shipping section).

3. Following order completion, you will be directed to Shopify’s payment system to enter credit card details. The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American express, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The amount deducted cannot exceed the sum authorized during purchase. You can read more information about secure payment on www.nets.eu.

4. Web-shop orders will be confirmed by email and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Payment will be deducted from your account following dispatch of your order.

5. Please note all transactions on graspor.shop are conducted in English. Terms of purchase, and customer rights, are governed by Danish law.

 

Order cancellation policy

Online purchases made on www.graspor.shop may be cancelled within 14 days from receipt of delivery.

To cancel a purchase, send an email support@graspor.com noting the order number, reason for cancellation and bank details for refund.
If bank details are not provided, returned orders will be refunded using the same payment method as used in the original purchase.

Orders should be returned without unnecessary delay and within 14 days after alerting GRASPOR ApS of the intended cancellation.

Cancelled orders will be refunded with the amount paid for the item(s) purchased, including shipping costs but excluding additional costs for non-default shipping methods, assuming that products are returned in unused condition and in original packaging.

Customers may try purchased items to the same extent they would if making a purchase in a physical store but are liable for any depreciation in value if products have been used.
It is up to GRASPOR ApS to assess the condition and value of item(s) upon return. If the original packaging is not returned with the product, by default, this will be deemed as a reduction of the item’s value.

Refunds will be made without unnecessary delay and at latest 14 days after notification of order cancellation to GRASPOR ApS.

Customers wishing to return orders within Denmark may request a pre-paid label for return shipment. Where only part of an order is cancelled and returned, shipping costs are not refunded. Costs incurred for other forms of return shipment are not reimbursed.

Customers are liable for loss or any damage to products under return shipment.

GRASPOR ApS reserves the right to withhold a refund until returned items have been received unless the customer is able to supply proof that products have already been returned.

Returns

Products may be returned to Ohmatex A/S, Skanderborgvej 234, 8260 Viby J, Denmark.

When returning an item, please clearly state the reason for the return and refer to any previous correspondence, include a copy of the purchase invoice and provide bank details for potential refunds. You may also use the form enclosed with your order.

On request, a pre-paid label for return of defective products can be supplied without cost to the customer. Shipping costs not previously agreed with Ohmatex A/S will not be reimbursed. We do not accept parcels which shipping costs are paid on delivery.

Shipping in Denmark

The following delivery options are available for orders below DKK 599,-

 

Collection at DAO parcel shop;          DKK 39,-

DAO home delivery;                            DKK 39,-

Collection at GLS parcel shop;           DKK 39,-

GLS home delivery;                             DKK 55,-

GLS Business delivery;                       DKK 75,-

 

Orders of DKK 600,-and above are inclusive shipping costs. These orders are dispatched via GLS for delivery at a GLS parcel shop. Alternative delivery options are available at an additional cost.

International shipping

Orders placed from outside Denmark may only be paid by credit card.

Orders shipped to destinations outside Denmark are subject to additional shipping costs of DKK150,-.

VAT may be returned on orders delivered outside the EU if a customs-stamped invoice is supplied as proof of VAT exemption.

Warrantty FAQ

Warranty Conditions

The GRASPOR device and Charger are covered by a limited warranty against production defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing flaws and defective materials, or parts, only. It does not cover batteries, or damage to the device resulting from misuse or accident. Wear and tear from normal use is not covered, neither is damage from incorrect laundering or care.

If a defect occurs, or is detected within the warranty period, you will be entitled to repair or replacement of the device. Alternatively, you may be offered a refund or price reduction, depending upon the situation. Any attempt to open or repair the device will invalidate this warranty.

Before returning a product under the terms of the warranty, please contact us at support@graspor.com to determine the problem, as problems can often be solved via email or phone.

 

Damaged items

Please notify GRASPOR ApS immediately if delivered items are damaged on receipt.

 

Complaints

Complaints should be sent to support@graspor.com. If we are unable to find a solution, complaints should be referred to the independent Danish Consumer Complaints Board, ‘Nævnenes hus’ as long as their conditions are upheld:
