Terms of Service
- Prices are in DKK and including 25% VAT and all fees.
- The customer is covered by Danish law.
- All GRASPOR products are covered by a two year right of complaint towards production defects. Thus, you are entitled to either a repair, a replacement, money back, or price reduction, depending on the situation. This entails the correctness of the defect and that the malfunction has not occurred from improper use or other damaging use.
Note that the right of complaint does not cover batteries.
Returns can be made to Ohmatex A/s, Skanderborgvej 234, 8260 Viby J, Denmark. However, we ask our customers to contact us at email@example.com before returning the product, as problems can often be solved by e-mail or phone.
We can per request supply a return label for defective products to be returned without cost for the customer. Expenses for shipping not agreed-upon with Ohmatex A/s will not be reimbursed.
In case the complaint is not legitimate, the customer will be charged for shipping costs incurred on Ohmatex A/s with relation to the complaint.
When returning the item(s), please enclose a thorough description of the issue, as well as a copy of your order sheet.
Note that we do not accept parcels without delivery or with COD.
- We usually dispatch your order within 1-3 business days. All orders are confirmed by e-mail.
- All transactions on graspor.shop are conducted in English.
All orders below DKK 599,- is imposed shipping costs.

Orders above DKK 600,- are dispatched without shipping costs to GLS Delivery via service point. Orders shipping out of Denmark are imposed additional shipping costs DKK 150,-. By no shipping cost orders, other delivery options are available for an additional cost.
If the item(s) is damaged in delivery, the customer should notify Ohmatex A/s immediately upon delivery.
- Right of cancellation
The customer has 14 days right of cancellation when shopping on www.graspor.shop. The right of cancellation applies from the day you receive your parcel. Upon reception, Ohmatex A/s put the returned item(s)’s value, which by default, will be the amount initially paid.
When the right of cancellation is exercised, the customer will be able to request a return label for your return. The customer can also pay for the return delivery. This cost is not reimbursed by Ohmatex A/s. Returns should be sent to:

You can also cancel your order by refusing to pick it up at the pick-up point or deliver it to the above address.
The rate of service is increased if thorough information is enclosed in the return, e.g., order sheet, bank details for the refund, a copy of earlier correspondence, as well as the cause for return. (Cancellation, defect, replacement, etc.) See the consumer protection regulations standard return sheet at the end of these terms, or use the form enclosed in your package.

The customer must return the order without unnecessary delay and within 14 days of alerting Ohmatex A/s that you wish to cancel your order. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to Ohmatex A/s. The customer is responsible for damages to the product after the time of delivery.
The following is exempted from the right of cancellation:
- Item(s)s made by the customer’s specifications or if it bears a clear personal mark.
- Item(s)s sealed and for health and safety reasons are unfit for return, where the seal has been broken.
Condition of returned item(s)s:
The customer is responsible for the reduction of the value of the item(s), caused by irresponsible handling, other than what is justified by the type of item(s), as well as what the function demands. The customer can use the item(s) to the same extent as they would if trying the item(s) in a store, but they cannot take it into use. If the item(s) is used to a greater extent than described above, Ohmatex A/s considers the item(s) as taken into use, and the customer will only receive a partial refund or no refund at all upon cancellation depending on the item(s)s resale value. It is up to Ohmatex A/s to assess the condition and value of the item(s) upon return. If the original packaging is not part of the return, this is by default a reduction of the item(s)’s value.
Refund of the purchase amount:
If the customer cancels a purchase, Ohmatex A/s will refund the amount paid for the item(s). In case of value depreciation caused by the customer, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
If the customer exercises the right of cancellation, Ohmatex A/s will refund all payments made, including shipping (However, excluding additional cost for other shipping methods than the default), without unnecessary delay, and at the latest 14 days from the day, Ohmatex A/s has been notified of the customers wish.
Ohmatex A/s will not refund business shipping costs, as well as costs for shipping outside of Denmark.
Ohmatex A/s offers partial cancellation; however, shipping costs will not be refunded in conjunction with a partial cancellation.
Ohmatex A/s will refund the amount with the same payment method as was used in the original purchase unless the customer clearly states otherwise.
Ohmatex A/s reserves the right to withhold the refund until the item(s) is returned unless the customer at that time have supplied proof of return.
Note that the rights of cancellation and return for card material voids if the card is open and registered to a unit.
- Ohmatex A/s accounts for technical errors, which can lead to wrong prices. In case of technical errors, Ohmatex A/s reserves the right to cancel the order.
- Log statistics is applied to graspor.com, meaning that a statistic-system gathers information to supply a statistical view on the number of visitors, where they are visiting from, at what stage the site is abandoned, etc.
Such a system is also applied to www.graspor.shop.
On both sites, the system is applied to optimize the sites and functionalities.
- Sales outside of Denmark.
The customer is only able to pay by credit card from outside of Denmark. Additional shipping cost applies to other Scandinavian countries. On orders outside the EU, VAT can be returned if the customer supplies a customs-stamped invoice as proof of VAT exemption.
Complaints should be directed towards firstname.lastname@example.org. If we are unable to find a solution, the customer can further complain to ‘Nævnenes hus’ as long as their conditions are upheld:
If the customer is an EU-citizen in another EU country than Denmark, further complaints should be directed to the online complaints portal for the EU Commission at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
The customer can choose between 9 payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American express, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Once the customer has filled out their order form, they are directed to Shopify’s payment system to input their credit card details. The customer can access more information on secure payment on www.nets.eu. Once the customer’s order is registered, the order is dispatched within 1-3 business days. There are no additional payment fees.
If the customer pays by credit card, they are always protected against abuse. They have the ability to reject a payment when they receive a payment overview. There is no deductible if a credit card is misused in an internet store using SSL encryption in their payment system. Thus, the customer is better protected than when shopping in a store where there is a DKK 1200 ,- deductible if a credit card is misused.
Data sent in conjunction with the purchase is encrypted with SSL. Thus it is only NETS with the ability to access those data. Neither www.graspor.shop nor others have this ability.
The amount paid will not be deducted until the item(s)(s) from www.graspor.shop has been dispatched. The amount deducted cannot be bigger than what you have authorized on purchase.
