Intensity control is a whole new way of training. Your powermeter is still your primary tool, but you can let GRASPOR help you control your efforts.

Intensity control is all about listening to what your body tells you, or rather, what it’s telling GRASPOR. 

You can use the results from your threshold test to control your intervals based on how your body has recovered from previous efforts. 

Maybe your usual 250 watt zone 3 efforts are actually more like a zone 4 effort if you’ve had a hard week of training, or if you’re tired after a hard days work. GRASPOR can let you know if you’re pushing too hard, or if you’re not pushing hard enough.
