This video guides you through how to analyse and interpret the results from your Muscle Oxygen threshold test.

When you’re using GRASPOR as your primary training tool, all you need to do is to locate the major drops in your Muscle Oxygen graph. Each drop signifies that you have moved into a new Muscle Oxygen zone. These zones are like power zones. If your graph has a breaking point at 54% Muscle Oxygen, then you will enter a new zone at 54%. This could mean that a zone 3 effort should be eg. 58-54% Muscle Oxygen.
