Intensity control is a whole new way of training. Throw away your power meter, you do not need it anymore.

Intensity control is all about listening to what your body tells you, or rather, what it’s telling GRASPOR. 

You can use your Muscle Oxygen to control the intervals between efforts based on how your body has recovered from previous efforts. 

Maybe your usual 250 watt, zone 3, efforts are actually more like a zone 4 effort if you have had a hard week, or if you are tired after a hard days work. GRASPOR can let you know if you’re pushing too hard, or if you’re not pushing hard enough.
